The community is located just minutes away from the Nuvali Eco-city, which is a huge business and commercial land development project. The other part that drove people to buy lots en masse is the features and amenities provided by Empire East Land, the subdivision’s developer. Empire East is known as one of the most prestigious real estate developers in the country, and almost all of their subdivisions feature world-class, resort-like amenities. These are the reasons why lots of people are always waiting on the wings for Empire East to open up any of the lots in Laguna Bel-Air for resale.

The Laguna Bel-Air community has been open for quite some time now, which is why you will not see any brand new lots and houses for sale. Do take note again that not all of these house models might come up for sale, so even if you happen to win at the lot drawing, you need to settle for what is up for sale at the time. This means that if you are looking to buying one of the Realezza house models, if there are not any of them for sale, then you should settle for the others, like the Audrey and then just make the necessary renovations on your own.

Although it might seem off-putting that you do not have free rein on your choice of houses, the great thing about the homes that go for re-sale in Laguna Bel-Air is that they are much more affordable as compared to when you were to buy them brand new and at full price.
